After a successful 25-year career in hospitality, at age 49, I returned to school for my Doctorate degree in order to teach at the University level. I had a great desire to share my knowledge and give back to the future leaders of the industry.
My job as a coach and a trainer is a continuation of my passion for sharing knowledge, giving back and helping others.

The group dynamic allows individuals to learn from one another and benfit from a sense of community and accountability. Group coaching can be an affordable alternative to one-on-one coaching.
